Our Story
At First Response Solutions, a Granbury, Texasโbased company serving homeowners across the DallasโFort Worth area, we believe homeowners deserve honest work, clear communication, and quality craftsmanship.
After watching too many friends and family struggle with unreliable contractors, we decided to build something different: a company rooted in trust, transparency, and doing the job right the first time.
Founded by husband-and-wife team Christian and Madeleine Capshaw, First Response Solutions provides dependable exterior home services with a simple goal: make the process easy and stress-free for homeowners.
When you call us, you're not just getting a contractor. You're getting a team that treats your home like it matters.

Why you should call First Response Solutions
No pushy sales tactics
We believe good work speaks for itself.
Clear communication from start to finish
You'll always know what is happening with your project.
Quality materials are our standard
What others treat as upgrades, we consider the baseline.
We give back
10% of our profits are donated to local churches and charities.
We're general contractors, not adjusters.
Texas law separates the two, and we take that seriously. We inspect your property, document what we find, and give you a detailed scope and price for the work we'd perform. If you have a claim, we'll provide that documentation to you and answer your carrier's questions about our estimate. What we won't do is interpret your policy, tell you what's covered, or negotiate your settlement. If you want someone representing your side of a claim, you want a licensed public adjuster, and we're glad to explain the difference.
Built on Trust
Our business was created to be the type of company we would want working on our own home.
That means:
honest recommendations
fair pricing
quality workmanship
and standing behind what we do
We are proud to serve our community and help homeowners feel confident about the work being done on their property.
